I was a bit worried because wool is sometimes itchy, but these don't itch at all. They are shorter than I expected - 1-2 inches above my ankles. I thought they would be mid calf. Most grippy socks sold in stores are "spa" use and are super thick and hot. These are thin and exactly what I was looking for!
