For graphic socks these are on the thicker side. Making them pretty warm and hopefully durable, my experience with graphic socks has been that they wear down at the heel and then there’s a hole. I haven’t washed them yet to see how they hold up but as far as wear *chefs kiss*This was a thank you for my male doctor, who loves fun socks. My doctor is the best!!!!He was thrilled when he saw all the wonderful patterns and make of these male socks. A GREAT GIFT!!!!My autistic nephew who is in his 20's shows little interest in anything. He watches the public network or children's shows on t.v., he will work on a jig saw puzzles if he's encouraged to and he likes paint by numbers. That's it. Anything else you give him, he just tosses aside (there's still gifts from Christmas in a corner of the living room and it's August now) but he does love his clothes. I once got him a crazy hat and muffler set which sort of looked like he had a fox on his head and around his neck. Everyone loved it and he wore it everywhere. These socks are da bomb! Well made and they have a great feel and just the thing that will make him feel special. I'm so glad I spend time browsing thru Amazon. Add the word "cute" to the description of the item you're looking for and you just might find that special item!I teach U.S. history at a nearby community college. My students have noticed my 'flair'; my socks! Students have asked if they could photograph my socks. Folks at church have noticed them as well.
