These are just a tad bigger than my foot, but manageable , wouldn't order a different size though. Very soft and will be great on cold floors in the winterReceived my Gripjoy socks today and all I can say is WOW! Talk about soft and warm!! I was worried that they would be too tight as they came up the calf, but they're wonderfully made and gentle while they do cling to the leg with no pressure. The non-skid bottom is great as I walk around most days without slippers. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered a medium...they fit perfectly. Additionally the company donates to a neuromusclar foundation doing research...so the purchase of the socks is being used for research to help others. Two ways they've made me feel "better"!One word of warning...wash these before wearing them. I almost always do that with new items but was so excited to put these on I wore them all day and into the night. When I awoke there were black stains on my sheets! Am certain they'll wash away but just be advised the dye bleeds a bit, a good washing should cure that.Don't hesitate, great product great company! (I don't work for this company, but if I did I would be proud to say so!)Our downstairs is much cooler than our upstairs, so I did some searching for some warm socks or slipper socks I could wear when downstairs watching tv or being in the kitchen. That also meant I either wanted some kind of soft sole or rubber grips, these have the grips. These are nice and warm, very soft, and the grips are good enough to keep me from slipping and falling on my butt while walking around. The only downside is they seem a bit larger or maybe they already stretched out? They're not so big they fall off although they do slide or turn on my feet a little bit. I have large feet and was surprised, but I'd rather have them a tad loose than to be tight as that would be less comfortable.They're soft, plush, stretchy. And REALLY grippy. They almost stop me from moving forward! I was looking for something with the same amount of grip as new pilates socks, but more coverage and plushness. I'm going to keep them but will be on the lookout for something with the best of both.Although I love some things about these slipper socks, I am disappointed with the fit and the fact that the grippers have started peeling off right after I started wearing them, even before one pair was even washed. In terms of fit, I wear a women’s size 9 shoe. I found the sizing confusing, and since I have trouble with ingrown toenails, I ordered the large so the toes would not be tight. However, the length from toe to heel is about 3 inches longer than my feet. Even if I pull the heel up on my leg, they slip down leaving lots of floppy fabric in the front. I wish these socks did not have these issues as I love the color, the softness of the fabric, the type and number of grippers, and the length of the socks on my calves.These are the only socks (and I have bought quite a few for him) that definitely are soft, nonirritating for neuropathic feet and the skids are excellent for fall risks associated with my husbands right foot that is totally paralyzed now. They are also a great soft material and handwash well. Thanks for a great price as well. I bought an extra two pairs.These grippy socks are the best I have found and tried. I've been wearing this type of sock for over four years. The grippers on these are so different. First look I admit, I was doubtful. Trying them on, however was an eye opener. They were generous in the fit (and I wear a size 12 ladies). They are so soft and fuzzy and, the grippers were wonderful. The narrow gripper is much closer together than other socks that I feel supr safe whether on hard floors or carpeted ones. Will be buying more!Beware these socks are GIGANTIC! I ordered small/med. and they will fit a large man's foot. I slipped on our hardwood floors while wearing my exercise socks. I decided to purchase these to wear while in the house. Now, I am afraid I will trip over the toes as they are so big. I contacted the company but have not heard back. Too bad because they are great comfy socks.After a year's use they are starting to wear and the rubber strip are coming apart. But still worth buying. I bought a 2nd pair last fall, but have not needed to use them yet as the ones in the photo still has life left.Just arrived, earlier than expected. Fit is great. Lovely and thick. Hope the non skid ribs last and stay on in the wash. it Just what I needed as I am finding walking a bit difficult right now so my feet are feeing the cold . I tried walking around and feel very safe on my feet with them.Delivered very quickly.roomy but really just the right size for slippersexcellent non-slip featurewarm but not heavywashes very well - mine have been through the washer 4 times, and are as good as new.there is a small amount of fuzz-shedding, especially on foot after wearing all day. Perhaps this will decrease with more washes. This is the reason I gave the product 4 stars not five.My husband is size 11, slimmish foot, and these socks just fit. I think would be too snug on a larger foot. Grip is good, material soft and comfortable, but not much reinforcement in the heel so will be interesting to see longevity.Good quality socks. Keeps me warm. No pilling. The sole grips do not slide. I am a size 9.5 and these fit me well and snug. If I were a size 10 I might find this a tad uncomfortable to wear.
