For lost and stolen items, we will?have to give 10 business days before?a claim can be made and the package is deemed as lost / stolen?as sometimes the package is simply misplaced and it shows up!
Please note if shipping protection is not selected, Q for Quinn is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods, or any shipments with a delivery scan.?
Maximum value of goods that can be re-shipped is $1000.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
