I live in Florida, the socks are a bit more thick than the other bamboo socks that I have from gold toe. Because of this I tend not to wear them on the hottest days. But they are very comfortable and do what they need to do to keep the moisture away.Rule no6 have been my favorite socks for about 2 years now, but i have a huge issue with the toe wearing out within 2-10 wearsThey’re not cheap so I’m quite disappointed in this fact.haven’t had a pair that don’t wear out within a month and a half.They’re okay for wearing around the house or in slippers but wearing with shoes, during any activity that would justify “compression socks” leaves them worn bare in just a couple uses, this could be fixed with a copper/nylon blend, but for some reason the company only wants to use bamboo.Don’t think I’ll be buying rule no6 anymore after this set showing the same issues as the last, considering they’re $30-$45 for three pairs ?‍♀️ Unfortunate too because they’re some of the coolest designed socks out thereI bought these socks for my husband. We had heard they can be worn multiple days in a row without any foot odor, dry feet and no loss of shape. Of course normally he changes his sock daily. He is a very picky socks kind a guy and wearing a sock that had already been on his foot and stretched out with that already worn feeling would be out if the question. Just for fun he decided to put them to the test of wearing them multiple days. He wears boots daily to work, works outside in the heat. His feet stay cool, the socks keep their shape and no odor. He continues to only wear one or two pairs of Rule No. 6 socks per weeks. He loves them. He looks forward to trying them out during hunting season in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and putting them to the test in his hunting boots where with other socks his feet sweat and then they are cold.I talked my son into purchasing these socks and put them to the test as well. He is stationed in N.C. and he wears military boots daily in the humidity. His feet stay cool, no smell and they keep their shape. He also wore the same pair RuleNo. 6 socks for 5 days. These are amazing socks!!!!!!These socks are very comfortable & warm. My only complaint is that they are supposed to hang to dry, and they're SO thick they take forever to dry! I might have to try the dryer....Before these socks, I owned dozens of pairs of the exact same sock (see xkcd #1982). I was looking to break out of my rut, expand my sock repertoire, and upclass my sock game a bit. These socks delivered!They are VERY comfortable; easily the softest socks I've ever worn. The bamboo hype is real. Fit is fine — I wear an 8.5 men's US shoe size, and they are snug around the foot but don't stretch very much until they come up the calf. I might worry a tiny bit if I had smaller feet that the heel would start to be pulled up my ankle, but I suppose it’s possible that they would snug up properly in that situation as well.The designs are super fun to wear; some of them create an interesting internal texture that you feel when you put the sock on initially until you acclimate to it. Not unpleasant at all! These socks opened my mind to a new area of personal wardrobe style, and I continue to be delighted by them.These bamboo socks are good quality, soft and comfortable material, and come in fun patterns. I only wish they came in different sizes. I wear a US women's 8.5/9 and these socks were too long in the foot area. I also have a high instep which made these socks too tight around the heel and front of the ankle. I ended up giving these to my boyfriend who wears a US men's 10 and they fit him great.I purchased a different style Rule No. 6 socks on Kickstarter which came with size options, and the mediums fit great. I'll be keeping my eye out for smaller size options in this style.I bought these for my husband to wear to church with his dress shoes. They're a little too thick to wear with dress shoes especially in the summer. He loves them though and says they're really soft and so comfortable! He is a huge Darn Tough fan but is open to expanding his collection to include this brand since he likes them so much. He's even getting some for his dad who is also a Darn Tough fan. Cool brand and awesome sock!The Rule No. 6 socks are great - they have great compression that stops an inch below the crease in the back of my knee. They are a bit long in the foot for me (will fit men a bit better, I'm sure). Mine fit great over my calves. The designs are unique and some are seriously cute or amusing or eye-catching or all-of-the-above in a wide range of good colors. I haven't had mine long enough to know how long they will last, but I'm very optimistic that we'll have a long and happy future together. ;-) Get a pair of No.6 socks for someone you love - and a pair for yourself too!
